Today, over 100,000 people assembled at the Washington Monument to tell Donald Trump and Elon Musk, “Hands Off!” Their voices were echoed in over 1,400 locations across the nation.

The Trump administration’s attacks on the American people, our rights, and the services we’ve paid for have been cruel and destabilizing.
As Representative Ilhan Omar told the DC crowd, “None of this is normal.”
While Donald Trump and Republicans in Congress won the 2024 election, they did not win the right to shred the constitution or to weaponize the federal government against the most vulnerable to benefit the wealthiest.
Regardless of who you voted for, this is, as Senator Cory Booker said in his record-breaking speech earlier this week, a moral moment.
We all have a role to play in protecting freedom, opportunity, and democracy. We can’t let Trump and the billionaires take us to a time of even greater inequality than we have now.
